Agreeing to these terms
By registering on or using JobsInfo.world you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
- Give accurate, current information when you register, and keep it up to date
- Register for the kind of account that matches who you are
- Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what is done with your account
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account
- One person or organisation should not hold more than one account of the same kind
What the service does, and does not do
JobsInfo.world connects job seekers with employers, colleges and mentors, and arranges an HR screening interview before an application reaches an employer.
We do not guarantee an interview, a job offer or a placement. Decisions about hiring are made by employers, and we are not a party to any employment arrangement between a job seeker and an employer.
Job seekers
- Registration and applying for jobs are free for job seekers
- Applications are passed to the employer after your HR screening interview
- You must not give false information about your qualifications, experience or identity
Employers
- Post only genuine vacancies, described accurately
- Never ask a job seeker for money, in any form, in connection with a job
- Use candidate information only for recruitment, and keep it confidential
- Follow the labour laws that apply to you, including those on wages, working hours, equal pay and workplace safety
- Revealing a candidate's contact details requires payment of the fee shown at the time
Colleges, TTPOs and HR associates
- Use student and candidate information only for placement, training and screening
- HR associates must record interviews honestly and fairly, and must not share what they learn about a candidate outside the service
Acceptable use
- Do not post anything false, misleading, unlawful, abusive or discriminatory
- Do not collect other people's information from the site for any purpose other than the one it was shared for
- Do not try to access records you are not entitled to see, or interfere with how the site works
- Do not upload material you have no right to use
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of what you submit, and allow us to store and display it as needed to run the service. The site's design, text and branding belong to JobsInfo.world and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise that it will always be so, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for decisions made on the basis of information on the site.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, and the law that applies
We may update these terms as the service changes; the date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
