This policy explains what personal information JobsInfo.world collects when you register and use the site, why we collect it, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
By registering you agree to your information being used as described here. If you do not agree, please do not register.
Information we collect
Job seekers
- Name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, city and state
- College, qualification, branch, year of passing and score
- Skills and career interests
- A profile photo, if you add one
- The jobs you apply for and the messages you exchange with employers
HR screening interviews
- The details you give the interviewer, which can include your address, parent's name and identity number if you choose to provide them
- A photo taken during the interview and the place and time it was held
- The interviewer's scores, remarks and recommendation
Employers, colleges, TTPOs and experts
- Organisation name and details
- The contact person's name, designation, email address and mobile number
- A profile photo or logo, if you add one
- The jobs, placement drives and other records you create
Collected automatically
- The date, time and browser used for each login
- Technical information needed to keep you signed in
How we use it
- To create and secure your account
- To show job seekers the jobs employers have posted, and to send their applications to those employers
- To arrange an HR screening interview before an application is passed to the employer
- To let a college see the students who chose it when they registered
- To send the updates, job alerts and notifications you agreed to at registration
- To keep the service safe and to investigate misuse
Who can see your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described above, or where the law requires us to.
Where it is stored and how it is protected
Your information is stored with Google Firebase, a cloud service operated by Google, which may hold it on servers outside India. The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to each kind of record is restricted by role.
No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please choose a strong password and do not share it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only for as long as we need it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your choices
- See the information in your profile at any time from your dashboard
- Change your profile photo or college from your dashboard
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to close your account and delete your information
- Withdraw your consent to updates and notifications

Children
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please register only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
